Look closely at your home/office. If you could rebuild it, what sustainable construction techniques could you use within it and its surrounding?

a) Identify three major issues and three relevant sustainable techniques to solve those problems.

b) Look at each of these techniques in turn and evaluate with justification if it is an efficient and economical solution.
