Introduction

Based on the preliminary research, “implementing and executing the agile methodology with scrum framework in all retail domain companies by alignment of current processes with a best organization change management strategies.”

The research was focused on the involvement of the research experts that is where to make the project flow in the directions that were speculated. These experts were also involved in the procedure on planning, collection of data, and the analysis of the same data to make sure that the deliverables are relevant, and they suit the customers’ requirements. The experts need to more focus on product, make sure that are more trending in the market and at the same time customer needs should be aligned.

Problem Statement

In today’s retail industry the companies are facing issues and challenges when they follow the traditional waterfall methodology when the organizations has to deal with more requirements and wide variety of products. In order to deal with issues all the retail organization should start implementing and adopting towards agile methodology with scrum framework.

There is a problem with is where few retail companies don’t follow agile methodologies. Despite lots of meetings are happenings where all project team are involved and taking part in the discussion should bring a change (something that should be happening), the main reason is because there is lots of mistrust and misunderstanding among the teams _is occurring (provide the supporting research).

This problem has negatively affected few important project and project teams for not following or implementing agile methodologies in retail domains (victims).A possible cause of this problem is _few retail companies always think and be in one feeling that requirements from customers are stable and they don’t rapidly change. If we don’t solve it, the project could get delivered, but there would be delay and customer dissatisfaction will happen (consequence).Perhaps research that investigates why retail firms cannot understand the important benefits of agile methodology which could remedy this situation.
