a) Determine the number of steel studs needed for the tenant finish shown in Figure below. The exterior walls are existing. The studs are spaced 16 inches on center. Add two studs

for each door and each intersection.

b) Also, determine the number of 4-foot-wide by 8-foot-high sheets of drywall needed for the tenant finish in Figure below. The walls are 8 feet high. The exterior walls need

drywall on the interior side only. The interior walls need drywall on both sides. Add 5

percent waste. 60points

following assembly costs. The associated wiring is included in the cost of each assembly. What

is the fixture allowance for the residence?
