Assignment 5a: Final Summary Report

Due: Eighth Week July 26th- 28th

At the end of your internship, it will be helpful to reflect on your experience and to summarize information. This is especially helpful for updating your resume and portfolio. It is also helpful as you think forward to the type of design career you want to pursue. The purpose of this assignment is to think through your internship experience and to provide a thoughtful overview of the host organization, your work experience, and your learning outcomes. Your final summary report should include each of the following sections.

Introduction: A summary of information about the host organization.

You need to include information about the type of organization/business, size, and number of employees, key personnel, types of clients, and types of work/nature of the business. Historic facts and background information about the host should be included. Identify any graduates from your college, if any, and their positions in the firm.
