Assignment 4 – Aligning Methodology to the Research Questions (20 points)

Using your revised purpose and research questions from Assignment 3 develop a methodological plan for answering the research questions. Specifically, identify the following elements: (a) potential participants, (b) sampling procedures, (c) potential research approach, and (d) data collection methods. Students will then discuss the alignment between the proposed data collection methods and how they will be used to answer each of the research questions. Finally, the student will identify the most appropriate research track (i.e. Quantitative Research Track or the Qualitative Research Track) to guide their dissertation and briefly explain why this is the most appropriate track. Note: The student must converse with their dissertation chair as to the most appropriate track to take PRIOR to submitting Assignment 4. The paper should be approximately 2-3 pages in length and adhere to APA style.
