Work Breakdown Structure
A properly designed work breakdown structure (WBS) is necessary for ensuring the efficiency of the company, the project team, and employees regarding the new system. The HR manager must explain the WBS to the rest of the project team to ensure it clearly understands the same. As such, the resources, dependencies, and duration among other project attributes have to have a clear definition. The WBS’ design should be accurate to lead to the desired outcome upon the completion of the project (Hans, 2013). The project’s WBS is thus summarized below in a table with numbered components;

Teacher Feedback
Instructor comments: “The project CHARTER outlines the details and elements of the project clearly. Scope could be defined more specifically. The WBS is reasonable and serves as a guide for project flow. There are no minor writing errors. Excellent work, overall!”
