Abstract 

Payers have been understood as a firm associated with providing the payment needed in time by a specific administered medical service. Payers have been taken as being mostly insurance firms. The main highlights have been how data mining has affected how healthcare payers have been undertaking the services and obligations under the paper. In addition to this case, the paper has also discussed the many advantages and benefits that are positively impacting how the payers have been affected by data mining. In this case, the main idea here is to also not only understand the manner as to how the services offered have been affected but also the ways by which the payer has been taking to affect the production of big data needed to be put under data mining. The core factor is understanding and knowing how the data will be useful in incorporating the paying for the services. The paper will also talk about how payers have affected the medical insurances and the medical platforms' issues in the way they have catered for the different aid in place.
