2. DESCRIBE TWO (2) PROBLEMS: Describe in detail, two (2) problems you have encountered while at work and what steps you had to take to solve or resolve them.

3. INTERVIEW QUESTIONS: How would you answer the following interview questions. Go into detail but make each word count.

a. What have you learned about teamwork? (Give examples about the staff at your place of employment. When teamwork worked and when it could have worked better. Are you a team player?)

b. What motivates you to work in general, and to work in our industry specifically?

c. What characteristics do you possess that makes you want to work in this industry?
