My data analytics company is the Beyond analysis company which offers different organization some marketing solutions. The company provides the customers with solutions to different problems therefore reducing the confusion brought about in the market. However, when the data is analyzed by the company, the customers in the market are able to make different decisions on what product should be bought at a given time. As a result, the errors existing in the market are reduced as the right data is collected and analyzed accordingly for the purposes of ensuring that the business achieves its objectives. The company makes sure that the customers in the market are given the insight to making decisions which will help in addressing their problems accordingly. The insight brought in the market is based on the marketing decisions of the customers, content, channel, timing and the market segmentation put in place to ensure that the customers acquire the right goods at the right time. On the other hand, the customers are able to acquire consulting services by carrying out the right data exploration from different sources hence enabling the business people to understand the available opportunities as per the expectation of a large number of people. A niche area would be one where you know who the customers are and what their problems are.
Again, the company has made different efforts for the sake of satisfying the needs of the customers in the market. The data collected makes it for the company to handle the customers in the market in the best way possible. Finally, the company has been able to meet its objectives and goals within the stipulated time because of its ability to use the right channels to collect the data. The customers in the market are looking for the ability of the business to address the problems associated with shortage of the products in the market. These problems have been addressed accordingly by the company hence making it easy for the customers to carry out their transactions accordingly. The customers again require the company to provide them with the right data which will enable them to identify the gaps in the markets as per the expectations of many people in the market. On the other hand, it is the responsibility of the company to come up with the right strategy which addresses the needs of the customers in the best way possible. Such strategies pay important roles in ensuring that the customers are provided with the effective data hence analyzing the issues arising in an effective manner. Moreover, the customers require the ability of the company to help them in making smarter decisions hence improving their efficiencies as they carry out different operations. As a result of the efficiency decisions made by the customers, they will be able to stimulate their growth hence achieving their goals and objectives within the stipulated time. (Popovič, 2018)
Again, the customers of the company need the company to help them in increasing their profits by bringing in place mechanisms which will help their businesses to grow therefore attracting a large number of customers in the entity. The data collected and analyzed by the company will be used by the customers therefore enabling them to become leaners, make faster decisions, smarter decisions hence solving the complex decisions which come their way. Moreover, the company helps the customers to become passionate in all their operations therefore advocating the data driven decisions making processes. However, that makes it easy for the customers to put the data from the company to an effective use thus making it easy for the customers to carry out different operations effectively.
The customers in the market require the company to provide them with cloud based analytics which makes it easy for them to make the sharing of the important data automatic. This increases the speed at which the data is shared to different parties in the business. Comment by Mark O'Connell: Why would your customer REQUIRE you analytics to be cloud-based? They can share your resulting analytical predictions in lots of other ways.
The products from the company ensure that large profits are acquired by the customers as a way of enabling them to grow effectively. The growth of the customers’ business is brought about by the winning consulting and the analytics services therefore the businesses are able to achieve their objectives and goals within the stipulated time. The competitors in the market are working hard to ensure that they provide quality services to the customers at very low prices. That has contributed to the company losing a large number of customers within a short period of time. The competitors are again ensuring that the customers acquire the products at whatever time they require them hence that has been able to affect the company negatively as low profits are made. (Chen, 2018)
Due to the ability of the competitors to carry out different operations accordingly, my company has come up with a strategy which ensures that the needs of the customers are addressed in the best way possible. As a result, the competitors have ensured that customers are consulted before different activities are carried out in the company.
