ASSIGNMENT To: USP15 Class From: Professor Anderson Re: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) Weight: 15% of grade Due: Thursday, December 2nd, 2021, 11:59 pm As mentioned in class, please prepare a two-page memorandum report that presents the economic Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of a particular community plan area in the City of San Diego. You may find links to the City of San Diego’s Community Plans on the City’s Planning Department website. Search “Community Plans, City of San Diego” to reach the landing page and links to specific community plan reports. The memo should include a one-page introduction and description of the community’s economic role in the City and region, and an integrated summary of your SWOT assessment, followed by the SWOT matrix. The SWOT matrix is four squares, one square each for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Bullet point three one sentence statements in each box within the matrix.
