Assignment 2 Instructions
The assignment involves the review of a Loan Agreement and completion of a Loan Review form. Your goal is to accurately reflect the terms of the loan in the Loan Review Form. To the extent the terms can be explained to a non-lawyer, it is beneficial (i.e., not just copy and paste).
Complete the Loan Review Form in Word and send to me by e-mail. Please include in the document title your last name. Also include your name where indicated on the form.
The Loan Review Form must be completed by October 17th at 5 PM. Time is of the essence.
