4. Annotated Bibliography entry should be 150-250 words. (should have a satisfactory

summary and a satisfactory evaluation)

5. Your Annotated Bibliography Entry should include the listed items below in the same

order within one paragraph or two paragraphs (summary one paragraph,

evaluation/response one paragraph)

Reference Entry for the Reading Text (Follow the APA guidelines) Make sure you

include the URL link of your Reading Text (it should be the direct link to the

reading text, not to the homepage or some other page- copy paste the link on your

browser while reading the text)

Summary Briefly state what your text is about in your own words. State the main

focus or purpose of the text. Provide the background and credibility of the author.

Evaluation/response Describe your reaction to the article as a whole. Describe the

relevance, accuracy, and quality of the source and its conclusions. Point to any

defect, weakness or suspected bias. Mention important conclusions or observations

reached by the author. Why this text is important/not important for your topic? Can

this text be used as a credible source for your research?
