I feel that with the aging of society and the acceleration of urbanization, unhealthy lifestyles are prevalent among residents, the risk factors for stroke are increasingly exposed, and the incidence of stroke has risen sharply. The cause of stroke is also related to eating habits and daily routines. Hypertension and high blood lipids caused by salty smoking, overtime and high-calorie diets could have been reversed through a healthy lifestyle. This leads to the risk of stroke.
