Assignment 2 topic: Evaluating a User Manual's Intended Audience (500 Words). That is the paper will have 500 words minimum excluding the topic title, your name, instructor's name, date, and addressee, but not more than 600 words ). For this assignment, you will write a paper. Your paper should have the following points.

1. Date, To: My name; Your name; Assignment Number and Title. 2. The format that you should follow are Single space, single column, Times New Roman, 12 font, MS Word file, no color font.  3. The paper should have an Introduction paragraph.  4. The Body of your paper (3-4 small paragraphs with sub-titles, if applicable).  5. Concluding remarks. The paper may or may not contain picture/image and table (maximum 3).

Also, consider the following.

·     Assignment submitted with spelling, grammatical error, etc. (as mentioned in the syllabus) will receive low grade.

Turn in MS Word format (in Microsoft Windows platform). To stay on the safe side, you should also turn-in its PDF version. For your guide, I have attached a Sample of a paper. Never copy any sentence from the Sample into your paper. Also, do not copy from any other sources. You really need to write the Paper yourself.
