The three business models outlined are franchising, manufacturer and brick-and-mortar models. In franchising, an individual purchases the rights to use the brand of an already existing company. Usually, individuals use the most established companies with a large customer base to ensure that they start making profits immediately. Franchises use the name of the original companies and are obliged to pay a specific amount of money every month. In the manufacturing business model, the manufacturers make their products and also contact the customers on their own. However, the manufacturers can also sell their products to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. The brick-and-mortar involves carrying out activities in the traditional way (Teece, 2012). The manufacturers, wholesalers and the retailers deal with their customers face-to-face. The manufacturers could establish stores or offices in which their customers can visit and make their inquiries.

My business is Owens Cleaning Services. The business will operate as a limited company but will make use of the brick-and-mortar model. The brick-and-mortar model will enable the business to interact with the clients face-to-face by setting up offices in various locations. If offices are strategically located in various locations, the clients will be able to reach customer care easily. The officers of the Owens Cleaning Services will be required to get to the market and talk to clients to know whether they need help in cleaning services.

There are several reasons as to why the brick-and-mortar model fits the Owens Cleaning services business. First of all, it ensures that workers can interact with customers face-to-face. When cleaning is being done, face-to-face interaction is necessary. The brick-and-mortar model also ensures that customers get great service (Timmers, 2018). This is because it would provide a personal touch with the customers, and this is essential for a business that offers cleaning services. This model would also ensure that there is trust between the customers and the service providers. The brick-and-mortar model would be good for a local attraction. A cleaning services business would need to find more customers locally to offer services to them.
