Your title is Universal Health Coverage but would you better please calling it the public health system or Medicare or you are focusing on it as broad policy?

You can provide a bit more context/background in your opening paragraph but it is good that you present what your paper will discuss.

The map is slightly basic and broad which is a consideration when going so broad with topic. It is difficult to discern meaningful relationships at this level and some factors are presented too broadly e.g. outcomes-what outcomes, for who? What services? What roles do the stakeholders play?

The first point about eligibility is valid but again basic and brief. Drivers section is basically funding and resource allocation. Everything is at a very broad /general level. Rather than just stating obvious things that you could find on any webpage (and as you have taken from three webpages), can you tell more of an analytic story connecting key factors.

You overuse one citation form the commonwealth fund so it would be good to incorporate more peer reviewed citations.

I have decided to pass you but I think you need to think about assignments 2 and 3 and what topic to choose. What interests you, what is applicable to your work. It can be a system, policy or practice.
