Assignment Guidelines:
· This assignment should be prepared by at most two students; students are advised to solve it by themselves to meet the assignment objectives of this course.
· Answer the questions and submit hardcopy of your work.
· Include a cover page that contains your Name, ID, Section, Assignment number, Course code and Course name .
· The deadline for submission of the assignment is 18th October, 2018
· Assignment should be in your hand writing.
Description: Choose any software project
I. Proposal Writing: (4 marks)
1. Give the comprehensive description of your Project / System scenario.
II. Project Planning: (Assume at least 4 tasks / modules) (9 marks)
1. Prepare “Project Scheduling” of your system modules with appropriate tasks , effort , duration and dependencies . // 3 marks
2. Prepare a neat “Activity bar chart” of your system modules. // 3 marks
3. Prepare a “Staff allocation chart” of your system modules. // 3 marks
4. Did you think about eventual changes?
How do you resolve them if they happen ? //3 marks
III. Risk Management: (5 marks)
1. Give any ONE (1) risk that you identified. // 1 mark
2. What was its probability and effect? // 2 marks
