Part 1: (40 points)

1. Choose a scenario involving data collection and analysis that could present an ethical issue. 2. Write a short paper describing:

a. The scenario b. The ethical issue c. How you believe Frank Buytendijk would view the issue d. How you believe Kord Davis would view the issue e. Your own opinions on the issue f. Whether or not listening to the experts has influenced your thinking

The paper can be as short as a few paragraphs, or as long as a few pages.

Part 2: (35 points) 1. Describe the software tools that we have used in this course. 2. For each tool, include its name, purpose, basic functionality and key features.

Turn in: 1. One Word document containing parts 1 and 2 of the assignment. 2. Submit your Word document using the Course Assignment tool.
