ASSIGNMENT 1 (50 POINTS)

GETTING TO KNOW PEOPLE STYLES

PART I DUE SEPTEMBER 17th & PART II DUE SEPTEMBER 21st

This assignment will comprise two components:

· Complete the People Styles Self-Assessment

· Reflect on People Styles with Peers

OVERVIEW

This assignment requires you to (a) complete a Self-Assessment on People Styles (25 points), which is available in Blackboard (Bb) via the Written Assignments tab; and (b) discuss your results among peers in Bb via a Discussion Board Forum (DBF #Styles) (25 points).

part I: PEOPLE STYLE ASSESSMENT (25 pOINTS)

The Written Assignments tab > respective assignments folder lists three steps, and provides the assessment information.

Steps 1 involves taking the assessment.

Steps 2 involves calculating your results, and uploading the score sheet via Assignments link.

Steps 3 involves interpreting your results.

By midnight on Tuesday, September 17th submit assessment results via Blackboard > ‘Written Assignments’ tab > Assignments link. Note, you may upload your score sheet and initially ‘Save as Draft.’ After you are confident your work is complete, click ‘Submit’ to finalize your submission for evaluation purposes.

part II: PEOPLE STYLE reflection (25 points)

Steps 3 also involves reflection about people styles in general and your results specifically. You will be prompted with questions and asked to respond accordingly and interact with peers.

By midnight on Saturday, September 21st participate in Discussion Forums tab > respective DBF #Style. Note, this DBF will be released to you after 9/11/19 and your work in Step 2 is submitted.
