Assignment 1

In this assignment, students are required to submit a technical report considering two different types of hazards , a situation or a condition found in home, workplace, or in any real condition surrounding.

Student is required to do the following procedures:

1. Identify the hazard

2. Take a picture and report it in the report

3. Demonstrate the hazard and type of the hazard

4. Write the consequences of the hazards (100- 150 words)

5. State the action needed to be taken to avoid the hazard

6. Does the situation need a PPE?

Instruction:

1. Use the ACK template

2. Submit in a pdf form.

3. Each hazard and its structure should be between 1.5 – 2 pages.

4. The technical report should not exceed the 12 pages.

5. The assignment worth 25% of the total course.

6. Deadline of the assignment is Thureday, July, 9th,2020, 11pm.

7. Submission will be done electronically ONLY via MYLMS.

8. Failure to submit the report on time will result in penalty (i.e zero).

9. Report with plagiarism will result in penalty according to the rule and regulation of ACK.
