iii) What provisions in the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights might apply to online gambling on the internet. (5 marks)

iv) Provide the name of two (2) federal criminal law statutes (not already listed above) dealing with criminal law that will apply to the problem of online gambling on the internet. Use proper legal citation (5 marks)

v) Name one state that has passed an Online Gambling (Gaming) Statute (or similar state law), and name 5 topics on online gambling that are discussed in the statute. Use proper legal citation (5 marks)

vi) Does the U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights have anything to say about cyberbullying? If so, please provide the sections in the U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights that deals with cyberbullying, and correctly cite the relevant provisions in the U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights that deal with cyberbullying. (5 marks)

vii) Provide the title of four state statutes that deal with cyberbullying. You must cite the state statutes -- using the proper legal citation -- as well as the relevant section in the statute that deals with cyberbullying. (5 marks)
