CULTURE IN HEALTHCARE BUSINESS - ORGANIZATION IN JOHN HOPKINS MEDICAL

Culture is the collective manifestation of human interactions, beliefs, and intelligence (Goran et al,2017). The healthcare culture at Johns Hopkins Medical encompasses the trials, efforts, and quest for high-quality healthcare at the facility. Analysis of the culture evident in the healthcare community reveals the apparent efforts and development of not just the facilities, but of all the practitioners working at the facility.

The attention to detail, not only in the ongoing research into better medical procedures but into better vaccines, knowledge quest, and patient care has enabled Johns Hopkins Medical to be a leading healthcare provider. The institution has sought to provide affordable healthcare to patients admitted to the facilities, ensuring that there are options that can be take in case a patient is unable to settle the medical fees (Akbar,2020). Given that healthcare is a vital part of society's wellbeing, the institution has served to prove that the ends are just as crucial as the means. The Johns Hopkins board ensures that employee participation is guaranteed in the enaction of radical and crucial decisions. This is important due to the need to have an efficient team of faculty and personnel to cater to the needs of patients and avoid delays that may be fatal.

Plans for team orientation and cohesiveness are in place to ensure a smooth-running of the institution. The aid and apprenticeship from the students pursuing a medical career instill a spirit of teamwork and the proficiency gained by working as a team. Cooperation is a key aspect that the institution actively pursues and encourages members of the community to show (Bedarkar & Pandita,2014). While there have been many changes in society that reveal the societal developments and shift, Johns Hopkins Medicine has been able to remain at the top, due to the quick work and the view to embrace change, change that will enhance service provision and quality health providence. Space for innovations provides a vital form of motivation for the interested parties (Sölvell,2018). This may be why the institution has a research facility that allows for employees and qualified personnel to aid in research and innovation.
