PART I

· Chapters 2 & 11 (Select 1 case)

· From the selected cases, RESEARCH them and CREATE a tri-fold brochure that you will use to present during a staff development training at your school.

PART II

· The brochure should feature the following:

· The name of your Consulting Company

· Highlight your professional background as the founding partner

· The legal focus of the Staff Development session

· Highlights of the case law to inform the staff of how it impacts school culture

· Highlight the importance of The First Amendment's Establishment Clause and the Free Exercise Clause claims

· Be as detailed and creative as possible

· SUBMIT a copy of the brochure in the submission portal by the due date
