Assignment

For your first assignment, identify what you want to get out of this course and identify what success looks like when you have completed this course. Once you have identified these two characteristics, draw a picture or series of pictures of what the outcomes and success look like.

Purpose: This exercise engages your visual thinking systems and challenges you to be intentional about your own success. During process improvement events, we would have the participant draw pictures of what a successful outcome would look like and we found that this was typically a struggle and that we had better results. 

Criteria for success: Provide a short paragraph of what you want to get out of this course and what success looks like. Provide a picture, preferably a freehand drawing, of what this looks like to you.
