Choose one of the following sectors for your project.

- Hotels

- Restaurants

- Airlines

- Car companies

- Retailers

- Hospitals

- Health Club

- Utilities companies (Telecom, electricity, water companies)

For the selected company create a database with following objects

1. Tables [5 +1 Marks]

A: Include minimum 5 tables in your database, the names and the data types of all columns should be correct & appropriate. You may add other tables if you find them necessary.

- Assign the Primary Key

- Assign the FK

- Use [Field size, Format, Default Value, validation Rule and text, calculated field, look up wizard]

B: Create relationships between Tables

2. Queries [3 Marks]

Design at least two queries to show different information from more than one table for each query.

3. Forms [3 Marks]

The database should include at least three forms. One of these forms should be the homepage of the database system.

- Include a default form

4. Reports [3 Marks]

The database should include at least two reports mentioned along with the Name of the company.
