Locate a document or webpage on the Internet that you think is an example of technical communication.  Describe the aspects of the document that illustrates the characteristics of technical communications discussed in Chapter 1.  Then evaluate the effectiveness of the document. Write your response in a memo address to me.  Please include the Web address (URL) in your 400 to 500-word memo (your heading is not included in the word count of your memo).
