Activity: Project Plan

The client has accepted your proposal. Therefore, the Project Manger must prepare a more detailed document, which is the Project Plan. This plan will be used as a guide to the PM and the team during the implementation as well as being submitted to the company’s top management.

Task (1): Now, the client has accepted your bid. So you are going to prepare a project plan including the following elements:

1. Complete Work Breakdown Structure using any computerized PMIS example: Microsoft Project.	10 Marks
2. Project-oriented Budgeting: estimating project budget/costs by task/activity and expected time of expenditure	5 Marks

Instructions:

· Soft copy of the report should be submitted through blackboard on Thursday.

· Presentation is on week 14 Monday in the MPH.

· Pay attention to the following format guidelines:

o Use MSW 12-point Time New Romans font, MSW 14 points for heading. o Line Spacing: 1.5. o Use a standard page format, as follow: 1-inch margins on the top, bottom and both sides.

· Include a list of references using APA style, use at least 2 reliable references.

· Plagiarism is not allowed and plagiarized work will be rejected.
