Each learning team will download, read and discuss the assigned articles.  During the team meeting members should discuss the following quote in the context of the two assigned articles: “Ethics have become an organizational priority. In the 21st century, ethics is neither a luxury nor an option. Identify any points of contention.  Through advocacy and inquiry seek to find bridges and practice creative thinking to generate innovative ways of “transcending” any evident paradox.  Teams should share an executive summary of their analysis and recommendations and individuals should dialog with other teams in the cohort session and about their executive summaries. Each team member will post the team's executive summary individually.
