As a Project Manager, you will be utilizing the Agile Methodology to plan and implement a project.
You are to assume the role of project manager for a company developing a mobile app for a Training Organisation looking to improve its customer experience for its learners.
The assignment tasks will provide a foundation for you to work on your final summative project at the end of the module.
