Development of Standards and Indicators

Using the program logic model you developed in Week 3, write a 500 word paper in which you:

· Establish at least 10 indicators that will be used to evaluate the program’s policies, procedures, day-to-day activities, and expected outcomes.

· Explain how each indicator is aligned to an organization goal/objective(s).

· Identify any necessary stakeholders, standards, and accreditation requirements and discuss how they will influence your plan.

· Discuss the responsibilities and roles of leaders and stakeholders and the process of obtaining buy-in.
