consumers of various products and services is the reliability, efficiency, and security of various

products and services. Furthermore, the adoption of the use of artificial intelligence,

incorporating robotics, will help protect the consumers from fraudsters since any execution of

tasks is administered from one area (Nagy & Dubinsky, 2016). Of equal importance is the

enhancement of communication between the staff. By embracing the innovation, the team

members and the staff will have an improvement in how they communicate and relate to each

other. Equally, this will enhance communication between the producers and the consumers of

various products and services due to the reduction of time taken and lost in the provision of
