Deployment plan

This project will involve creation and deployment of a HRIS for Gladwell Grocery Store. Thus we will discuss the approach of how the deployment will occur for the employees and the h department.

Change control management

If the Gladwell Grocery Stores outsources server services that are also responsible for their machine servicing and upgrades, thus in case of their interruption during the progress of this project, this shall lead to rescheduling of the process and the client will have to advise us.

HR metrics

So as to have the best HRIS system, I have planned that the system may have the following capabilities: for recruitment goal, it should indicate time to hire, application per requisition, yield ratios and channel effectiveness. For Payroll goal, it should show when to process the payroll, the cost of processing, the rate of the payroll errors and the costs incurred per employee payment. For benefits Goal, it should indicate the cost of benefits per employee, the percentage of the total salary and the satisfaction rate. For time and attendance goal, it should show time sheet accuracy, the compliance, attendance and PTO as well as absenteeism (In Kavanagh, In Thite & In Johnson, 2014). Other goals and metrics include performance management, Core HR records, Learning and Development and Onboarding.
