supportive changes to your company’s existing business model. Present a report to the

management of your organisation detailing the changes required. Changes can address the

choice of the target segment, product or service offering, revenue model, profitability,

competitive advantage, or value creation. Your report should introduce at least two changes.

You are required to select one of the following companies:
