Comments:

Again, relative to the simulation- you need to provide a discussion of the criteria that you are looking for- there

is a list of interview questions (I, by the way, and not a fan of most of these questions. I would be asking

different ones.) But, you could also provide that discussion- what are the right questions to ask, and what are

you going to be looking for specific to this simulation.
