Note: Developing a business proposal requires specific steps that need to be executed in a sequence. The assessments in this course are presented in sequence and must be completed in order.
Preparation
Using the same company or organization from Assessment 1, determine a business problem/challenge that requires a new information technology solution or an updated information technology solution.
Instructions
Write a three-page paper that includes the following:
· Explanation of the business problem and the requirements for its solution.
· A proposal for an information technology solution.
· Description of how the information technology solution aligns with the current business needs.
Be sure to:
· Describe all business stakeholders you should consult with to determine whether your proposed solution meets their needs.
· Describe all IT stakeholders you should consult with to be sure your proposal meets the IT requirements and fits into the IT architecture.
Additional Requirements
· Written communication: Written communication is free of errors that detract from the overall message.
· APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to APA style and formatting found in the Capella Writing Center .
· Number of resources: Minimum of four resources.
· Length of paper: Minimum three double-spaced pages.
· Font and font size: Arial 10-point or Times New Roman 12-point.
