Introduction
The achievement data includes Benchmark assessment where the students scored the lowest in the English Language Arts Standards. This clearly indicates that the students were not well exposed to the lessons hence they ended up failing. It is essential for the teacher to reteach the standards for the students to master and improve in the general performance. According to the educational programs and standards, the teachers with improve their instruction of learning to include procedures to address the deficits. Teachers will actually examine their showing draws near and give developmental evaluations to check students understanding of the standards. Knowledge target focuses on textual evidence and text analysis. Reasoning target is majorly bases on making an inference. Finding proof to back up chain is attained by targeting the performance skill. Product target matches feasible conclusions while disposition is based on being involved and bold when presenting textual evidence.

Selected response
Students will simply make up for their final response according to their simple way of understanding. The interaction of students aids to develop different arguments which contribute in the selection of the responses. Different backgrounds of the students give them a different way of understanding. The development of new technologies have an impact on the responses given by students considering that they affect cultural practices. Selected responses helps create an understanding of why the students ended up with the choice.
A student can easily explain the content of a given subject easily through writing as there is the freedom to fully express their thoughts without interruption. With the interaction of the students, they end up learning new writing skills. With the advanced technology, students are advantaged to get the knowledge of operating different technological devices. It is easier for them to get used any technologies in a given environment without difficulties. Writing responses promotes metacognition as one is able to understand the thoughts of the students used in the written responses.
Performance assessment
The different performance of students is influenced by the students population in that a large number will perform poorly compared to a small number as the teacher can easily teach each student which is difficult with a argue number. Cultural practices influence performance of students as negative factors can make students fail in their academics. The use of technology increases the performance of the students as they ae able to easily get an access to different learning materials. Performance assessment promotes metacognition since the teacher is able to identify the students’ weaknesses and strengths in a given subject.
Personal communication
In a situation where the students are highly populated, the interaction is causes the confidence in communication skills. This builds the ability of the students to properly communicate. Cultural practices that consider the freedom of speech contributes in enhancing the personal communication of students. Technology is one of the actors that support the personal communication of students as they get more skills and knowledge. With personal communication, students express themselves directly making it simple for one to understand their thoughts.
