This is done to improve outcomes in already rolled out projects and for the blossoming of the company. It also gels the company towards being inventive in the fast-evolving world that continuously demands new projects and manager's inputs, impacting the company's leadership significantly (Hill. 2013). Project management purpose The project management office is crucial in any project management in any organization to ensure that there is full participation of relevant stakeholders and interested parties for the already set goals and the organization's projects. The project management office ensures that good leadership skills are employed, thus developing its mission and vision (Hobbs et al., 2008).
