In terms of substance, it is an adequate treatment of the assignment. See my notations on the paper in track changes and my comments below as to how the paper could be enhanced. I made several editorial notations on the paper mostly about APA form and style. These are needed to satisfy the "scholarly" element of criterion four in this assessment.
