INTRODUCTION Ooredoo QSC is an international telecommunications corporation that provides wireless, content services, mobile, wireline, and other services with the market share in the international and domestic telecommunications markets, and in residential and business markets. The Company was the first operator to launch the 5G services in Qatar and is also the largest telecommunications firm in the world. The Company operates its operations in many countries. The Company also developed strong participation with Nokia in 2010 and the firm broadened its operations. During the interview conducted with the senior HR position the current status, the future needs, and the description of the position are analyzed.

PART A

1. Current Status

Ooredoo is committed to enable the emerging economies' development, businesses, help customers, and are fulfilling their transformation goals. The Company has commercially launched the 5G networks. The Company also provides an entrepreneur program for youth. The company accessibility of services is increasing and the Company is highly engaged in social media and doing its operations effectively. The Company is committed to hire the top talent and enable them to fulfill the goals (FOR9A, 2020). The Company enriches the lives of individuals and stimulates the growth of humans. The Company is proud of heritage and employees are the main success of the Company. This is because the company provides compensation to the employees such as short and long-term bonuses, international children assistance, negotiated deals, and industry benchmark or standard salaries. The Company has more than 1700 employees and provides the best services to them. The CEO of the Company is Sheikh Saud Bin Nasser. The Company has different departments such as the Human resources, directors, corporate affairs department, and also the legal services department (buinesswire, 2020). The performance management of the Company is focusing on the communication ongoing process between the managers and the employees to accomplish the group strategic objectives.

2. Future Needs

With the commitment to empower the next generation of Sultanate through education, Ooredoo has released the Oman digital tutorial app. The app will offer the best services to children related to education (ooredoo, 2020). Education shapes the leaders of tomorrow so the Company is doing its best to provide the basic skills to the young individuals. The Company is building a talent management program and strategies to focus on leadership development and creating a common language to develop talent. The Company takes feedback from employees and develops innovative and essential offerings for the individuals (CISION, 2015). The Company believes in enriching the lives of individuals. For these opportunities, the Company is working to hire people and to enhance the talent in customer experience management, digital, and business to business services. The Company wants to invest further in the future life 5G, so the company needs the product development managers for R&D and also pre-sales manager. Key Relationships: The position is high so it directly reports to the director or the CEO. It is the senior team member so the staff directly report to the manager about product development and the strategies.
