Brief Description: Starcity San Jose is one of the earmarked construction projects that will give the San Jose city a new outlook. The 18-story building will host over 800-bedroom units, underground parking and 4500 square feet space for retail space. The project gained city council approval in 2019.

Why is this a Project? The project will be completed in early 2021. Construction is a one-off activity. Starcity is a unique project. It is expected to be the biggest co-living project on completion. Affordability is the guiding principle of the project design. Rents will be affordable to a majority of the residents. Co-living construction projects are meant attract financing since they can be optimized for living and business.

This pitch/case should cover the important elements of the project: who, what, where, when, and why? Also, it needs to provide specific scope elements to allow the reader to “picture” the project in their head. This includes items such as budget, size, time frame, and other specific and measurable elements of the project.
