Case study analysis where you are required to interpret and explain a range of concepts related to diversity as well as be able to describe examples and consider implications.

The rationale for this assessment is that you should have a broad understanding of each form of diversity, as you will encounter them repeatedly in your career, and so the examination presents an opportunity for you to demonstrate understanding and use examples and relevant applications.

Many times, we come across a situation in professional life to analyse a situation and present our findings. The current task requires students to analyse the presented case study, interpret the information related to diversity using the concepts studied in the unit and provide their findings using examples and implications.

Task Requirements

week 11, students will be provided with a case study to analyse. Based on theories and concepts discussed in the unit, and present their findings using appropriate rationale.

Further information will be provided along with the case study.
