The organization I decided to analyze for my Capstone report is Victoria’s Secret

Brief Project Description

The goal is to take a look at each aspect of the company including but not limited to marketing, finance, supply chain, and logistics. Ultimately, we are going to figure out how the company can continue to profit without increasing the cost of their products

Access and Data Availability

As a former employee of this company, I will use my own knowledge on the flow of business. I will also search different websites and conduct interviews from other former employees.

This project will show my skillset in expanding the profit of a company. In order for a company to continue to profit, changes must happen in every area of the business.

Integrate information across disciplines and from differing perspectives.

This project will show how each area of the business causes the business to increase profit. For example, if we decrease the amount if money we put into advertisement, we can increase our overall income.

Lead and collaborate in virtual, global, and culturally diverse environments.

This case study will target every area of the business and show how each plays a role in enhancing the business brand.
