1. Summary

In this report I am a company who is working for other company, helping in IT related field. Whereas, my assessor is my client. Our company has proposed a project, named “Change in Information Technology”. This proposal is for a college, Kingston Institute Australia, located in Bondi Junction. This project is about bringing the change in the existing technology in the college. The main goal of the proposal is to bring change in most of the existing technology in the college. For instance, software & hardware upgrade, change in attendance system, can be some purpose of this proposal which may help to make the working and teaching learning procedure better.

2. Executive Summary

Instruction: Executive summary should be started in a new page and ended in the same page. Do not start any other heading on the same page. It should be of more that half the page with two to three paragraphs and explain what is included in the body of this report in the executive summary. You may want to do this topic at last after you complete the body part. You need to use sentences like following while doing Executive Summary.

'This report illustrates...' The report explains about...' The report includes...' Firstly...is explained in the report....'And then the.... are mentioned....'

3. Objectives

Every organization can achieve their goals following the objectives set. To ensure that we will be able to achieve the targeted goals for the company, we also have set certain objectives. Some of the objectives are listed below:

· To upgrade the website of the college

· To upgrade the existing moodle system

· To develop student attendance system

· To upgrade and install existing hardware and install new software

4. Goals

The set objectives helps in reaching the targeted goals. In context, according to the objectives we have listed above, we can be able to achieve the following goals.

· Gaining better understanding of the customer and making better customer relationship

· Making the services and products of the college known in broad areas

· Improving the teaching- learning process

· Effective and efficient use of every programs and applications in the computer without any interruptions

· Establishing strong communication channels between students and teachers and improving academic performance
