Again, make sure you base your answers on information from the reading - there is no mention of egg production in the newspaper article, and there isn't explicit reference to overgrazing leading to land infertility, but it does mention the government prohibiting Indigenous peoples from allowing their livestock to graze on land outside the reserve while allowing white settlers to let their sheep graze on the reserve land, pushing the Indigenous peoples off those lands

You explain the differences well, but why are they different? Why might Goldfrank assume that the decline in agriculture is due to raids, debts, and overgrazing (which is not accurate - the assigned reading doesn't mention these as reasons for the decline), but Wilson reports that land leasing led to the decline? Think about the evidence they both give to support their views, the year they are writing in, the people and sources they get their information from, etc.

It’s true that he holds academic credentials, but how do those credentials affect whether you trust (or don't trust) his writings about Blackfoot marriage customs? Also consider his viewpoints and the type of research and work he engaged in

Reporting on his research is the overarching purpose (but the intended audience was not Native Americans), but why did he want to write about Blackfoot marriage customs? Why did he choose to write about it the way he did? Where did he choose to get his information from? Why would he choose those sources to cite? Consider the goals of his research and work as the Wikipedia page describes

I agree that Carter's source is more reliable, but Wissler also worked as a professor at a much more 'prestigious' university (Yale). Think about the number of sources Carter and Wissler use in their writings, the diversity of those sources, the viewpoints addressed, the viewpoints of Carter and Wissler themselves, etc.
