Assessment 2; Case Study correction.

1- You need minimum of 15 credible reference for this assessment. APA 7th .

2- Using sub-headings can be helpful to structure this assessment if you like as it is not typical ‘essay’ structure

3- Case Formulation

Using The biopsychosocial model -Formulation 4Ps to analysis the case formulation and remember sometimes the precipitating and perpetuating factors can overlap and if this is the case for your formulation you would just need to make this clear. Looking at the distinct difference between precipitating and perpetuating factors;

Precipitating is what comes before the problem. What event or factor have led to the presentation?

Perpetuating factors maintain or exacerbate the presentation. Essentially, what is keeping the problem going or preventing the person from feeling better.

4- Treatment Plan

Treatment plan should really be guided by your case study’s formulation. If a factor in your formulation calls for a combination of psychotherapy, social interventions or biological intervention or treatment plan may require an element of each of this (and justify why)
