A narrative citation is whereby the author’s name occurs within the sentence’s text. For example; Defor & Oheneba-Dornyo (2020) argue that numerous researchers link disease epidemics to climate change which shows the effects climate change poses on public health.
Parenthetical citation is whereby the author and data are in parentheses occurring at the end of the sentence. For example; The impact of climate change on human trafficking is an area that has not received much scholarly evidence (Sheu et al., 2021).
