Common Goal:

This is the goal you have selected to work on over the next 2 weeks. Select a goal you can accomplish (or a sub-goal if you are working on a longer term goal) during Weeks 4 and 5 of the course.

The goal I selected to work on is the environmental cleanup project within the community. The goal aims to bring volunteers together to repair, clean, and improve public areas within the community.

Group Members:

List all members of your group and identify their specific role and responsibilities within the group. You need a minimum of two members (other than yourself).

My group will consist of 4 which is 3 classmates and myself.

· Classmate 1- collect litter and trash in the schoolyard and paint stones along the sidewalks.

· Classmate 2- collect litter and trash on the playing field and painting stones in the parking lot.

· Classmate 3- sweep and collect litter and trash in the student/visitors parking and painting stones along sidewalks.

· Myself – Organize supplies and donations

Plan:

Describe how you and your group members will work together toward your goal:

· What is your plan of action?

The plan of actions is to work together collectively to build strength and partnership through teamwork. Ensure that the school and surrounding areas are presentable and litter free.

· How will you interact with other team members?

We will also have daily huddles about 10 mins prior to working to discuss any updates needed, ramp up (energy) and the daily goal.

· What potential collaborative tools do you plan to use to help reach your team goal?

The potential collaborative tools will be Google docs to keep track completion and ect. Google meets will be as needed in the event we need to come together quickly to avoid dropping having to moving from the current work location.
