Having read Chapter 3, complete the following:

The chapter provided “Cases From The Real World”:

pg 76 regarding Chicago Tylenol Murders; and

pg 86 regarding Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream.

Select one of these two cases and address the following questions:

1) Would your business decisions in this case be driven primarily by a particular social mission or simply by the bottom line (to make a profit)?

2) How do you think stakeholder relationships would influence your approach to business decisions?
