· What results did they achieve and what conclusions did they draw?

· What recommendations would you make to HR professionals in the fields of OL and KM based on these findings?*

*This last question requires you to go beyond what is stated in the article and to provide your own thoughts about what is important to the field of HR in the article, specifically OL and KM.
