1. Introduction

In this chapter the research in present study in design is been addressed .Firstly the epistemology overview of the philosophy is given to the underpinning the researchers approach following the study .the then particulars’ of the research approaches for the adaptation for the study given. The specifics of the research of the design are been discussed to deal with the ethical considerations, validates, are the subjects to the study of the data. Therefore the details of the data collection and it procedures, the methods and the instruments as well as the data processing procedures are discussed.

1.4 Aim of the Research

The primary objective of this research is to propose a strategy in designing and developing an effective and a efficient online system in the facilitation of acquiring energy meters and customer service management system which will lead an improved customer service delivery.
